Chain Snake Animation
Client: Fox and Lion Digital
Responsibilities: Modeling, surfacing, lighting, particle dynamics, smoke dynamics, compositing
Software: 3ds Max, TyFlow, Phoenix, V-Ray, After Effects
Process: The chains were rigged and simulated in TyFlow using PhysX and PhysX Binding to dynamically fracture the buildup within the clogged pipe. Phoenix was then used to simulate dust from the debris tyCaches. Rendered in 3ds Max and V-Ray. Comped in After Effects.
