Vehicle Crash
Client: Personal Project
Objective: Rig and crash vehicles with TyFlow
Software: 3ds Max, TyFlow, Phoenix, V-Ray, After Effects
Process: Here, skeleton rigs of each vehicle were created in TyFlow and simulated to collide with each other and the surroundings. Vehicle geometry was then skinned using a tyParticleSkin modifier. Glass simulations were performed after the initial vehicle simulations using the tyCaches as binding and collision objects. A driver was added to each vehicle as a dynamic tyActor and bound to each vehicle. Lastly, Phoenix was used to simulate engine smoke after the collision. Rendered in 3ds Max and V-Ray. Comped in After Effects.
